The ISKCON Dispute Resolution Office has been established to add the option of a system of formal dispute resolution to processes available to ISKCON members in conflict.

The ISKCON Dispute Resolution Department (IDRD) coordinates ISKCON’s responses to complaints of mistreatment and abuse, as well as complaints of official misconduct. We also provide resources for resolving disputes between devotees. On this page, you will find links to the various ISKCON agencies that deal with these issues. If you are not sure which agency should handle your situation, you can send a message directly to the IDRD (email address).
To ensure that ISKCON fulfils all the requirements of a non-profit, religious
organisation in the face of increased government regulation and scrutiny.
